Your Facebook page is a 24/7 representation of your business. Do you treat it as such?
A Facebook page, simply put, is a page where potential customers can learn about your company. We all know first impressions are very important. If your Facebook page looks old and unprofessional, it will turn potential customers away.
You wouldn’t go weeks without cleaning your business, why would you go weeks between posting?
Here are 3 tips to make sure your posts help your business, not hurt it, and 1 trick that will make it all easier. It will help your business more than you think. Let’s get started.
1. Keep it Professional – When posting, make sure your logo or image is not cut-off, hard to read, or blurry. Your customers should get the same feelings about your company when looking at your page as if they were walking into your store.
2. Add a Call-to-Action – In the advertising world they say that people won’t “act” unless you tell them what to do, hence the call-to-action. A call-to-action can be anything from “Call today” to “Stop by our Shop” so there’s no reason not to add one to your posts.
3. Be Consistent – Posting regularly is essential when promoting your business on social media because it shows your audience you are committed to your page & your business. Not posting for weeks on end may make people question reputation and they may go somewhere else.
