Decide What Numbers Are Important – Think about your business goal and then decide which numbers you want to focus on and will help you reach your goals.

Compare The Numbers – Once you understand the numbers and decide which numbers are most important to you, you need to compare them to previous results. Did your numbers go up or down? How do your numbers compare to last year? Most platforms provide all of this information and more so there’s no excuse not to know what is going on.

Adjust As Needed – Watching and comparing the numbers to your goals is a great start. If you are happy with your results, you can leave them. However, if you aren’t happy with your results, you can make adjustments. Most of the time, the numbers will tell you what needs to be adjusted.
