Welcome to the next installment of ‘Advertising Made Easy’ with Buzz Online.

Today we are going to talk about Marketing vs. Advertising. Most of the time people use them interchangeably, but did you know they actually mean two different things. Let me explain.

~ Marketing is planning. When creating a marketing plan, you research the best ways to advertise the product, analyze the market, and find the best keywords to use for your product or service.

~ Advertising is the act of doing it. It includes the creating of content, managing paid ads, and anything else you may do to spread the word about your business.

With that being said, for a business to thrive, you need both. Sit down and create a plan of action (aka marketing), then do it (aka advertise.)

You will find agencies that do one or the other. We do both. We discuss what you are currently doing and your goals to create a marketing plan. Then we create content and implement the plan, making it super simple for you!

That’s all I have for today. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to reach out. After all, I’m here to help your business grow.
